SCAR is pleased to announce that starting in January 2026, the SCAR family will grow to include a junior league! If you are between the ages of 10 and 17 and want to learn how to play the sport of roller derby, plan to use us at the Skatin’ Place on January 11th, 4:30pm to 6:30pm for a FREE introductory lesson!

Our first Juniors season will run Sundays, 4:30 to 6:30 (with some occasional exceptions, full schedule can be viewed here) from January 11th, 2026 to May 24th, 2026. Skaters will pay dues of $40 a month and are expected to purchase their own gear and skates when able. However, we do have equipment and skates for loaning if needed to get everyone started. Each skater will be provided with a team t-shirt toward the end of the season. All ability levels are welcome and no skating experience is needed. Please email Ruth@scarderby.org with any questions.
